Hmm.. I’ve never personally had to avoid anyone under the influence but I guess you should definitely not ingest it around anyone who isn’t comfortable with you being on it.  DEFINITELY eliminate the possibility of running into the 5-0, lol.  MDMA used to be used clinically in therapy so I’d definitely say it lowers your inhibitions in a way that you may will be much more open about stuff than usual.  Oh, and as far as the ‘sobbing about your love for everyone’ - I’d have to say it’s pretty accurate in my experience.  I’ve definitely been rolling at a show, giving massive bear hugs and telling strangers around me that I love them to pieces.  I don’t ever see that as a bad thing though (:  The more love and positivity, the better!!
