Whenever I smoke weed I get all sweaty and dizzy the first few minutes. My mouth gets really dry and I have trouble breathing. Do you have any tips for that? thanks xx Hey darling! Just try to take in some slow, deep breaths (in through the nose, out through the mouth) while sitting down. Also, water will alleviate a lot of the discomfort you’re experiencing. I personally really enjoy Arizona Green Tea too. The honey really coats your throat (and it’s just so darn good!). Don’t over think it or stress about it too much though as some of the symptoms you’re experiencing can stem from anxiety. OH and also, if you have really bad cottonmouth and you don’t have access to water, you can bite (gently, of course) on the back of your tongue so that your mouth will water. Hope this helps some! Let me know if you need anymore tips and I’ll be glad to help. Good luck! Peace and love<3 EDIT: As one of my followers suggested (thank you so much for reminding me), you should maybe try to smoke a smaller amount as well. |

Smoke slooooooower! Cough-inducing dragon puffs are fun but they are rough on the body. Smoking a smaller amount and sloooower will help. Also, if you are using a glass piece of some kind, pull gently when you open the carb, don’t suck it in. Ouch!

Hum I don’t think a allergic reaction to weed can cause that, and they need to eat or drink when they are high and stay warm it sounds they have low blood pressure

Sometimes people have an allergic reaction to marijuana that can cause anxiety. Maybe they should just try smoking less at a time??
